Dear samsung team, I have a galaxy a50s smartphone.This phone worked very well when I took it and the charging was also fast.But it has been six months since I took this phone that this phone has become very slow and after the latest update, its charging speed has become very slow.I do not understand why the Samsung team does not update its consumers well so that their smartphone works well.At times, it seems that we waste 18 to ₹ 19000 on Samsung smartphones!But the Samsung team and their workers do not understand this.I hope this issue gets noticed and Samsung updates to speed up their smartphones instead of slowing them down.
