Bad news with good news in a50

First off all bad news is don't expect android 10 before april in A50 and good one is that samsung now know that A50 have many bugs which being fix so they working on that so we didn't get security update of january. I attached chat with Samsung's executive

What type of fu*king answer is that from Samsung support? Just use a few complex terms completely irrelevant of what is asked and get along with it. Other countries are getting security patches for A50 on a regular basis but Samsung India can't provide that. How much different is the firmware in different zones? And are they providing the update for the first time that it is making difficult. Samsung India is very callous, unapologetic and money-oriented
