I contact the service department through sumsung member application regarding the issues what am facing with my new mobile galaxy A32 and explain all issues in details  but nothing they do really am regret that i bought Samsung

Issues what i have and write it clear for them was:
1. Signal drop
2. Sometimes am having full signal but when ppl call me give them off.
3. Mobile send sms and making calls by it self
4. Wifi go and come
All this and the device is only 3 month old

Maybe it's better to send your phone in to service support to be checked.
