Backside Sticker on phone

In every mobile, there is a sticker in backside where written IMEI no., Model No.etc .. is the necessary to not pull it out ??

you can remove it. just make sure you have the IMEI number as backup.

on the box also you have the imei number, so you can keep the box safe , or keep the sticker that you are going to remove safe.
