To know about current battery capacity use 3rd party apps like Battery doctor, DU battery ,Accu battery

You need to fully charge your mobile after installing these apps.

There is a way but it is a bit tricky. You need to use a 3rd party file manager like ES and open files situated in /partition. Navigate to Sys-> Class-> Power Supply -> Battery. Information regarding charge cycles (fg_cycle) and current battery capacity(fg_fullcapnom) are stated there.
