Awareness about android 10 update

I have galaxy A7 2018. I got android 10 update  notification. So i download all file of android  10 but in between process i don't know why phone stop at the sumsung logo i thought phone take 1..2 hours, but phone not give any response.

So i aware all sumsung galaxy  a7 2018 owners don't update android 10.

didn't experience anything like that.But I think it may happen if encryption made in device.

no..but i showed many videos on u tube same problem happened.
