Samsung galaxy A14 after updating Android verson 13 to 14 it was hang very much, i cant use higher grade application, sometime when i use Facebook lite phone was hang, and restart automatic, it was just 16 month i buy this device, i suggest to A14 user don’t update 13 to 14 . It have 12 month warranty but now it was 16 months so i cant get any customer service from Samsung

Backup data and factory reset the device.

Galaxy device restart issue: kindly follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

Kindly use genuine Samsung charger.
Note: We always recommend to use genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.

Disable auto restart function
There are two methods to disable auto restart function
Method 1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings>>Tap on General management>>Tap on Reset>>Disable Auto restart (if enabled)>>Auto restart disabled.
Method 2: Go to "Settings">>Tap on "Battery and device care">> Tap on Three dots>> Tap on "Automation">>Disable "Auto restart at set times" if enabled

If you are facing this issue after installing any new application, then uninstall that application.
Please follow the below steps:
Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings>>Tap on Apps>>Tap on desired app>>Tap on Uninstall>>Tap on OK.

To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open the Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select Error report > select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)
