Hello, I have to mention two mobiles. My S21 was at home, while My A21s was with me at a restaurant, I opened my (internet ) mobile data to pay the bill, suddenly, it was stuck for a minute or so. And It showed Erasing. Then I tried to switch it off and it was factory reset. I went home to find that my S21 Fe was also reset automatically. Now, I have tried to fix my Samsung A21s by restoring somewhat of my data which I did and my emails and everything is still not recovered but I couldn't do it with my S21 FE. And due to which, my WhatsApp backup is also set to an email which I don't remember right now. I need help how to fix this.
