This is the most junk smart phone ever released by Samsung. I gets repeated restart fault. There are so many criteria for restarts. One is when you watch YouTube and a notification comes via Facebook or anything, this junk piece auto restart which is annoying. Kindly fix this in priority basis. Otherwise the mind set of public had gone immense low trust towrard samsung mobile. I am sorry for my harsh words but fact is really getting lots of complaints. Even the service engineer neither the distributor could able to resolve.

one time check this auto reset option enable or disable i show in image go to main setting search reset this page open

if this option disble in your phone go to service center reinstall software or intall thorugh smart switch

Thanks Veer, But service center itself has raise hand. they claiming there are bugs. the reset auto restart is off.

really frustrating when restarts several times whole day. I am thinking of dumping this mobile as good for nothing.

ok brother one time send feedback to samsung via this app and reinstall through smart switch i think this is software issue when reinstall this problem sloved

Oh my god, Trusting this device I move all my previous phones data and contact, Now again have to go thru same severe headache. This is **bleep**. Thanks already sent but yet reverted.

go to safemode and check if not such issue then problem with your other apps

already done.. I would say never buy this phone...whole lots of bugs and irritating hang every time. I am getting frustrated by the very long hang I dont have any apps or not a single Game apps. even I dont use any social networking apps but i am getting hang till 20 seconds. How do I change the phone or money back ??
