Galaxy AI’ve recently encountered a persistent issue on my Samsung Galaxy A34 after updating to Android 15 with One UI 7.0. The phone randomly PAUSES audio and video playback, without any apparent reason.
- Music or video playback stops suddenly, even when the screen is off and nothing is touching the display.
- This happens regardless of the playback source — Bluetooth earphones, Bluetooth speakers, or the phone’s own speakers.
- The issue occurs in multiple apps such as the Music Player, YouTube, Chrome (online playback), and even the built-in Gallery app.
- Occasionally, playback resumes automatically after a few seconds, but often I must manually press play again.
This issue occurs frequently (roughly 15-20 times within a 30-minute playback session)
I hope Samsung team could investigate whether this is a software bug in One UI 7.0? or provide any troubleshooting steps or upcoming updates for fixing this.
Best regard, Unique_Amin
