To resolve the sound problem kindly follow below given steps:-

1. Disconnect all accessories and remove any third-party case form your phone and check device volume settings if its full or not.

2. Reset the device:- Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.

If the issue still persist kindly visit your nearby service center for the physical inspection of your device. You can search for the nearby service center from given link:-

I Bought the phone for my wife's online classes i even borrowed money coz i dont want to settle for anything less if its quality i know i can trust samsung, after 5 days of using the phone all of a sudden speaker wasnt working tried doing refresh works but few minutes after doesng work again, i tried doing a master reset after 2 more days problem came back, due to pandemic its really hard to travel commuting on the 10th day i askfor replacement but what they want is for me to leave the phone in service center to repair it and change the part that is not working, but i purchase if brandnew its totally unfair you lost my trust samsung 😒
