Same here, My phone's camera and torch both not working. Samsung galaxy A11. It had been a year and I visited the customer support centre and they told that my camera wires have been damaged and it will only work with new camera.

Have you attempted a factory data reset? Please perform this and assess whether the issue persists. Ensure a full backup is performed prior to initiating a factory reset.

If the problem remains unresolved:

Given that you purchased a used phone, can you confirm that the device was in perfect working condition and all functions operated smoothly upon purchase? First, for how many days did the phone function correctly? Did you notice any unusual behavior prior to the update?
Second, if the problems arose after a software update, you should contact a Samsung service center. However, if the issues predate the update, you should request a replacement or alternative solution from the seller.

If all issues occurred after the update, then contact the Samsung service center.

Given the device is outside the warranty period, authorized Samsung service centers may still offer paid repair services. Contacting Samsung support directly to discuss the situation and obtain guidance on available repair options is recommended.
