I think A70 device has only option to choose between Vivid or Natural including White balance.
• Vivid : saturated + eye strain
• Natural : Accurate image + Low tones

(No noticeable battery drain)

1. Remove/reduce animations from Developer Options.
Window animation scale, Transition animation scale, Animator duration scale > Turn these OFF or keep at 0.5x

2. Turn "Remove animations" ON from Settings > Accessibility > Visibility Enhancements > Remove animations > ON.

3. Reduce "Touch and hold delay" from Settings > Accessibility > Interaction and dexterity.

4. Remove unlock animations from Settings > Biometrics and Security > More Biometrics Settings > Show unlock transition effect > OFF.

5. Turn touch sensitivity ON from Settings > Display > Touch sensitivity > ON.

6. Remove battery optimization for One UI and System UI from Settings > Apps > Triple dot menu > Special access
(Switch the filter to "All", then toggle off battery optimization for "System UI" and "One UI home").

If by any chance you use a customized launcher, cut off optimization for it as well.
