Asking for New feature

If possible plz provide a feature update to enable data ( internet access ) while phone is on flight mode. 

Otherwise in Donot disturb mode , caller will get information anyway in as usual methods ,that receivers phone is switch off not long ring .

Plz plz for the sake of students betterment add and provide those features in cumulative updates for present active devices and for coming phones.

Hey bro.if phone is flight mode on there is no chance to assess internet.

Read again what am asking for,,
To avoid phone call distraction during studies and all ,,
We have 2 option flight mode and DND but ,,
We need internet for study or any work,,
In case of DND caller will feel receiver is avoiding me .
Due that usual long ring .
In case of flight u can't access internet,, but call will get ,, receiver's phone is switch off
