I bought Samsung z fold2 phone last January, the phone never dropped from me and starts not open 180 degrees. The service center in dubai mall informed as long as there are some scratches the warranty is not covered. I am saying the truth. You company in the UAE does not respect its customers and cheating them after safe. I am really frustrated from the Samsung in the UAE.
