Please clear catche and clear data of this app then uninstall and reinstall this app then try to it's again. Also reset all settings of your's device in general settings. Which you have to do first log out your galaxy store and again login then you can see what happens next

To Complain To Samsung Support Follow The Steps:-
Open Samsung Member→Click on Support Present Below→Click on Report→Type Your Report And Clip The Image Through The Clip Button Present Above→Click on Send.
