Apps are disabling automatically

Few days ago problem arises first youtube and then whatsapp disabled automatically and not able to enable it no app ( whatsapp or youtube)
is showing in app settings , only showing in playstore but when i try to enable it nothing happening , also not able to install flipkart it showing privacy policy error tried everything but didn't work does anyone know how to fix it?

Kindly reset factory data with backup then try to it's again. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
