Applock in Samsung

As there is no built-in AppLock in Samsung, so which third part App would be best. OR is there any other way to Lock the Apps in Samsung other than hiding them.

Yes—Duplicate karta ha. You can safely uninstall that app from phone's main apps (outside secure folder) only if you don't need to use it outside Secure folder.

Note: Always backup data before deleting any file or app from phone.
