Application issue

I have bought A52S 1 week ago. Calling app(Phone default app) is not behaving properly. Lagging every time when I try to call a person. Is anyone facing this, do we have any solution. Even after I formatted my phone still the issue is there.

Go to Samsung care ,they will reinstall one UI for free of cost ,may it solve your issues😊

@Eklavya78 I posted the question through the members app in the feedback option. Hope they will come back with a resolution

They said that the issue is forwarded to the technical team.It's been more
than a week no update from them.
