App Not installed  problem in samsung galaxy A02s 

Is there any way to fix it

I recommend the following:
1) Clear cache of Google play store.
Or,
2) Re-Start the device, NOT, RESET. Press the power button and press re-start.

If the above do not sovle your issue, please send a diagnostic report to samsung associates by going to get support and clicking on diagnosis.

I see, did you clear the cache? If you did that and still the apps are not downloading. Then please check you Google account to see if you are signed in. Did you change your Google account password recently? If so, please goto settings, accounts, remove your Google account and re-add it.

it only comes when I download the apps that is not available in samsung store
