App cache clear issue

At every 12 AM, I get this message :- "Security policy restricts clearing of app's cache"

Device :- Samsung A33 5g

OS/UI :- Android 14 / One UI 6.0

It is there, under albums section within gallery app

Not solved, and I simply ignore this problem, because I guess it happens due to apps which are locked in secure folder and it's cache are not accessible.
