"Call of duty mobile" Apps is crashing when I play Battle Royale (BR mode). I reinstall this game app many time but it's can not resolve. Screen freezing, black screen also the big issue when play Battle Royale (BR) Mode is running. I already factory data reset to my smartphone many time but the problem is still running. Also when I play Battle Royale (BR) Mode with Gyroscope on my phone is Overheating faster and crashing. I think it's a big software issue for Samsung Galaxy A71 Smartphone. Please fix this issue ASAP. Waiting for the solution.

Note: I already submitted Errors report & Ask questions section. I already submitted bugs report to CODM technical team from in game. Nothing changes.

Same issue in my M31s. Seems to be an issue on Activision's side. Never happened before and doesn't happen in ranked multiplayer. The game is lagging a lot in BR.

I have both BGMI and CODM in my A21s
BGMI lags and freezes a lot, but COD never lagged even once in my device.

Even my CODM game crashes (only in BR mode ), its the blackscreen issue and a lost of A71 devices have it . Please fix as soon as possible .

* Check app cache: Clear cache memory of a particular application: Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.

Nothing changes! I already send my feedback to "Get help> Error reports" before I post here. Now I comment here after Factory Data reset to this smartphone today.
