I think there is no option to disable it from the default Samsung Phone App in Samsung because once we go to the Settings of the Phone App, there are no accessibility settings.
There was a solution on YouTube that in Samsung, we should install another phone call app. For example, Phone by Google. Which Google is providing. We should install it and then make it our default Phone App and then go to the phone app and click the 3 dots in the right side and press settings, and there will be Accessibility. Click it, and there you will find the option to disable the TTY mode.
