Updated version One ui 2 (android 10) and my phone fingerprint sensor not working. 
Please help me. 
How to solve this problem.

I am using a50s and after update my fingerprint sensor is working and its speed is increased try removing the all fingerprints after removing reset phone settings (not factory reset) and try adding fingerprints again

already I'm done factory reset, and after reset fingerprint option is blocked.

Be assured below given steps would help you out to solve the issue:-

1. The device may not recognize fingerprints that are affected by wrinkles,
2. The device may not recognize fingerprints from small or thin fingers.,
3. To improve recognition performance, register fingerprints of the hand used most often to perform tasks on the device.
4. Ensure that the screen protector or the touchscreen on the fingerprint recognition sensor area is not scratched or damaged by objects, such as coins, keys, pens,and necklaces.
5. Ensure that your fingers are clean and dry.

 

After following the above steps if issue still persists, register your concern in Samsung members app Samsung member> get help> Error reports> Select Symptom category > describe problem in detail and Send.
