My device samsung a20 has no application opening and closing transitions while other samsung models running the same UI and Android version has these animations.
When you touch on an application icon there are some animations, like app. window is coming out of that icon, And when you close it, the animations goes as the size of the windows decreases while opacity goes to 0. I noticed this personally in S8 and S9. My device is running the same UI and android version but whenever I close or open an app. it just suddenly appears on my screen which kind of looks ugly in this beautiful UI environment.
