Hi Team,

Yesterday I updated my Samsung phone to Android 11 OS and One UI 3.1 but after updation done with my phone getting major issues mentioned below.

1. I am not able to call any one in this OS properly .

2. I didn't not get any screen lagging in my phone since 1year even single time also but after updation to Android 11 OS I'm lagging much of this issue.

3. Even I didn't receive any incoming calls also.

4. If someone speaks with me, I can't hear anything in my phone and vice-versa.

5. In messages we can't communicate anything properly, please try to fix this issue as soon as possible. 

6. Samsung customer care also not connecting in my phone really I am not happy with this Android 11 update😔

7. If something data has been leaked/hacked then samsung company is the responsibility of my entire data.

Note: Without fixing/checking all these bugs why this android 11 OS released into phones and we are facing so many problems and please try to resolve this issue as soon as possible on higher priority.

as of now perform these below steps one by one and observe

A. Wipe Cache Partition.

Steps to perform.

1) Turn off the device.

(Connect with type C cable and connect with pc/laptop or type c earphone only for Android 11 )
...........OR.......
IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER MOBILE THEN CONNECT WITH CABLE WHETHER IT IS TYPE C TO TYPE C OR MICRO USB PORT take help of otg connector to connect with other mobile.

2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

If still same issue persist then try these below steps

B. Reset App Preferences.
Settings >Apps> Tap on Top Right 3Dots and select Reset App preferences.

C. Go to settings >general Management >reset>reset settings.

(NOTE : Reset settings/ Reset App preferences, change all settings to default)

Solution for the issue in *SM-A80 After update of UI 3 Calling Issue.*

Accpect my solution if working

```Uninstall 3rd Party Application```

*Setting Reset (30 % Work) No Data Loss Take backup precaution*
 Go to Setting
 Account
 Reset All Setting.

*Wipe Cache Partitions (60 % Work) No Data Loss Take backup precaution*
 Turn Off Your Handset(directly or Power + Volume Down)
 Connect with Earphone or USB (Connected with PC/Laptop)
 Hold Power & Volume UP Until recovery mode screen
 Select Wipe Cache Partitions
 Once completed, Select Reboot

*Repair App (80 % Work) No Data Loss Take backup precaution*
 Follow Steps for Wipe Cache Partitions (Until recovery mode screen)
 Select Repair App
 Once completed, Select Reboot

*Factory Reset (90 % Work) Data Loss*
 Take Back-up your Handset using Smart Switch with your PC/ Laptop
 Follow Step for Wipe Cache Partition (Until Recovery Screen)
 Select Factory Reset
 It will erase entire data of your handset.

**If nothing works, please visit Customer Care or Flash your Handset with yours Risk.***
