Android 14 update for A52 4G in Africa, zambia

How is everyone. Hope this message finds you well. I wanted to know why samsung has delayed the rolling out of the android 14 in certain regions like Africa but Europe received their update last month. 

Because its not fair we have been patiently waiting for about one month now. 

Please quickly work on it samsung 🙏.

I have the A52 4G to and life in Germany and still have no android 14 update.

I have a samsung s21 and I still haven't received the android 14 update. The last security patch update was 1st July 2023 what's going on samsung ?
