Dear Team my phone is not getting the software update yet . AS you know samsung Rollout the software update for the model number a52 in the month of the December 2022 . Its more then one month i am not getting he software update over the OTA . one UI 5.0 android 13 . Please do the need full ASAP.
Install Samsung Smart Switch on your device and laptop/pc. Connect both via provided USB charging cable and then open Smart Switch on laptop/pc. It will automatically show the updates to install.
If the above part doesn't work, go to service center and update your device there.
