I have had the dame problem for the last couple of months, spent hours on the phone with Samsung, had two doorstep repairs and they have no idea how I have Android 13 on my phone because apparently its still in beta testing and only those who signed up should have it?? As well as battery problems I have trouble with bluetooth and I'm getting nowhere they deny there's a problem

omg they've just put the phone down on me after one and a half hours on the phone, just clean cut me off! I was asking them just to be honest with me, ask the developers are they working on fix for the battery issues as part of the next patch and if so, that's fine, software has problems I'll just wait, but don't get me to spend ten plus hours now on the phone giving me a load of drivel about running my phone in battery saving mode, turn this off that on oh it must be something you've installed. I'm disgusted with Samsung and their customer care

Even with battery saving mode , fast draining

I don't believe that's an option, certainly not one I've been offered...
