Android 13 - Secure Folder Bug!

So, after waiting for almost 2 months, I finally updated my A52s5g to Android 13 yesterday. Overall, the update is ok and I didn't find any serious bugs other than the below-explained secure folder bug. However, the update is not at all exciting as well. It's just Android 12 with minor tweaks.

This is the bug I am facing. The Gallery of Secure folder app is stuttering while scrolling and also there is this weird bug that can be understood from the below screenshots.

Secure folder Gallery - see the misplaced bottom tab. It's somehow in a levitating state lol.

Normal gallery - you can observe how the bottom tab should appear.

Do you have blur bug in homescreen,check night photography,most of old samsung devices I have takes scattered pics while clicking in artificial lighting.
