Android 13 Bug issue in Galaxy A51(Bangladesh)

After updating one ui 5 in my A51 ,I got something ridiculous 😒 

My bottom mouthpiece and speaker don't work properly, I went to samsung service center they put the dirt off then and told me for permanent solution I have to change the bottom ic board!

But the issue is when I reset or factory reset my phone it starts working!

Is this the android 13 bug?

or I have motherboard issue??

comment down if anyone facing it after 13 update....

Is the issue is consistent or sometimes occurring

You can use bengali also if you found comfortable in that language

ভাই মাঝে মাঝে হচ্ছে,এইমাত্র ভিডিওর সাউন্ড আসছে,একটু ইয়ারফোন দিয়া গান শুনছি এখন আবার নরমালি সাউন্ড আসছে না

মানে কিছুক্ষণ আসছে, then আবার কিছুক্ষণ আসছে না, তাই তো

Most probably এটা software issue,
Hardware issue হলে consistantly আসতো না,

একবার settings reset করে দেখুন, (* factory data reset নয়)

samsung servicingএ দেখাইছিলাম ওরা শুধু ধুল মুছে দিছে আর বলছে নতুন আইসি lagbe taile naki thik hoibe
