Update completed කියලා  list එකේ පෙන්නුවත් ඇයි ලංකාවට A12 එවලට update ආවේ නැත්තේ?

This is not with Samsung it's with every other vendor.

But you can try different simple steps on this.
1. Please change region somewhere like then restart the phone and try to update.
2. Try to install VPN and change the VPN country as India while keeping the region as India too.

If this is success please click the three dot and select you received the solution.
