Android 11 update

Please release Android 11 with one UI 3.0 for galaxy A7(2018)...why samsung will not change their 3 years update guidlines for all phones.

i bought this phone in may 2019...and samsung released this phone in November 2018

It depends on deal signed with google. Samsung cannot release android update on their wish.
Google restricts it.

Okk if google restricts 3rd android version update...so atleast samsung should release one ui 3.0 update separatly for their smartphones

One UI 3 is based on Android 11. You won't get same features if UI 3 will be based on Android 10. It will defeat the purpose of UI 3.0.

Any way you can ask question to Samsung customer support. And ask them to provide UI 3 on Android 10.

Samsung already released 3 UI versions on Android 10.
UI 2.0, 2.1 and 2.5 so I don't think there will be 4th.
