OS means Operating System which is Android.
Google has made android. After releasing new adnroid version it is sent to companies which then Customise it and release with their own names Samsung named it One Ui
Oppo named it to Colour Os Huawei named it EMUI Vivo named it Function Os. Hope the differences are clear. 🙂
