I recently updated my Samsung A21s to the latest version of Android and now it doesn't charge with original charger, and when I connect it to my pc it says unrecognized, so I tried HARD RESET it didn't solve the problem, in fact I tried all the methods in Samsung Community non of them worked, so out looking elsewhere and found out that anyone who has updated to Android 11 UI 3.0 or 3.1 has the same problem, not only on Samsung phones, my little brother is experiencing the same problem on his galaxy A20, is there a way to rollback the update???

Hi Steinlani.
Try Out The Following Steps:
1.Try A different power source.
2.check for moisture in the charging port.
3.Try a new SAMSUNG AUTHORIZED Cable.
4.Boot your Device to Safe Mode then try to charge it again[THIS IS FOR TRYING TO SEE IF ANY 3RD PARTY APPS ARE INTERRUPTING THE CHARGING].
5.TRY WIRELESS CHARGING.
If these steps don't work seek a SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER.❤

Hi, Steinlani kindly note that your device may need to book in for a Software reload. It seems like the current software loaded on your device is malfunctioning. Please go to the below link to locate the closest Authorized Service Center to you.

You can also backup using Smart switch and then factory reset your device. Herewith Smart switch link:

I am also having major issues with this latest update and I need to roll back. My battery drains so quickly, and after a while I can't access my phone after I unlock it. I have to force a restart to be able to get back into my phone. I regret updating it.

The best resolve for this issue is to take to a repair center and have them roll it back to android 10
