Galaxy ATry Out The Following Steps:
1.Try A different power source.
2.check for moisture in the charging port.
3.Try a new SAMSUNG AUTHORIZED Cable.
4.Boot your Device to Safe Mode then try to charge it again[THIS IS FOR TRYING TO SEE IF ANY 3RD PARTY APPS ARE INTERRUPTING THE CHARGING].
5.TRY WIRELESS CHARGING.
If these steps don't work seek a SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER.❤

Galaxy AHi, Steinlani kindly note that your device may need to book in for a Software reload. It seems like the current software loaded on your device is malfunctioning. Please go to the below link to locate the closest Authorized Service Center to you.
