Android 10 Upgrade (A6 +)

After upgrade my phone i think battery drain very fast. Im not install any apps after upgrade .Some times phone stuck & crash apps. Please check this issue .

I'm also using a A6+. I also had to face these issues.

First clear cache partition.
Then backup your data to PC through Smart Switch.
After reset your device and restore your backup contents.

Also calibrate your battery after above steps.

These are the steps for battery calibration.

1. Phone එකේ battery 0% වෙනකන් පාවිච්චි කරලා off වෙන්න දෙන්න. Off උනාම ආපහු on කරන්න. එතකොට battery මදි නිසා off වෙයි ආපහු. ඕක කරන්න power button එක එබුවාම on වෙන්නේ නැති වෙනකන්ම.

2. Phone එක on නොකර charge කරන්න 100% වෙනකන්. හැබැයි මැදින් ගලවන්න එපා. Current එක කපන්නේ නැති වෙලාවක් බලලා කරන්න.

3. දැන් charger එකෙන් phone එක ගලවලා on කරන්න. 100%නම් තියෙන්නේ battery එක අවුලක් නෑ. 4වෙනි පියවරට යන්න.

එහෙම නැත්තන් phone එක on එකේ තියෙද්දිම 100% වෙනකන් charge කරලා restart කරන්න. ඕක restart කරාමත් 100% එනකන්ම කරන්න. ගොඩක් පාරක් කරන්න එපා. ගොඩක් පාරක් කරලත් නෑ කියන්නේ battery අවුලක්.

4. ආපහු phone එක 0% වෙනකන්ම පාවිච්චි කරලා off වෙන්න දෙන්න.

5. ආපහු phone එක on නොකර charge කරන්න 100% වෙනකන්. හැබැයි මදින් ගලවන්න එපා. Current එක කපන්නේ නැති වෙලාවක් බලලා කරන්න. ඊට පස්සේ on කරන්න.

ඕක තමා කරන්න තියෙන්නේ... මමත් කරා එක පාරක් ලඟදි.

Using the phone until 0% is not recommended for smart phones withLithium Ion batteries.

Trying to switch on when the battery is dead is far worse and may even damage the phone.

It may be true for old NiCd or NiMh batteries but do not try with your A6+.

I also am using the same phone but did not experience any issues.

Open Play Store App, click the 3 lines at top left hand corner, select My Apps & Games and update all apps shown.

Then open Galaxy Store and update all apps shown.

Then switch off and start again.

Also you should use the Device Care option under Settings regularly to clear all unwanted things and to free up memory.
