DEAR SAMSUNG, ANDROID 10 WITH UI 2 SAMSUNG A50 MODEL... STILL PROBLEM NETWORK. NETWORK ALWAYS UNSTABLE.. SOMETIMES NETWORK FULLY GONE... AND BATTERY VERY FIRST DRAIN...... #ONE OF THE BIGGEST ISSUE IS #NETWORK UNSTABLE... PLEASE SAMSUNG AUTHORITY FIX THIS PROBLEM....  OTHERWISE... SORRY TO SAY... I WILL NOT BUY ANY SAMSUNG SAMRTPHONE IN FUTURE.... PLEASE SOLVE NETWORK PROBLEM....

mere phone me bahut jayeda network unstable hai.
battery v fast drain ho raha hai.
koi game v sahi se nahi khel pa rahe.

We are sorry for your inconvenience. Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Check device network in open area

 

2. Check device network mode settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > network mode SIM1 or SIM2 > network mode.

 

3. Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.

Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.

 

4. Check SIM cards in other smartphone.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
