An unidentified app

I never install or download that file app in my mobile. I see that duplicate file in my friend's mobile phone's. What is that, I try to uninstall it but i can't delete it.

It's Google's media picking files app. Can't be uninstalled. It's part of android software.

Use : Whenever we select image/ document through WhatsApp we got a files app opened to select that document, that's the same file app. Leave it as it is. Don't need to be uninstalled
