Hi. I want to install Amazon Alexa on my Samsung Galaxy A20, but in play store it says device is not compatible although my android version is 9+. Any suggestions/solutions would be appreciated

It have nothing to do with your android version.You just can't install it on any Samsung device because they want you to use Bixby.

i know, different forum says that it's a android version issue but that's not the case.. it seems like only samsung S10+ can have Alexa

side load Amazon Alexa download APK and install give permission and there you go
