Galaxy AAnd I have that option in my phone
Try this: go to quick panel
Tap on edit
And find an icon ' keep screen on'
Add it to quick panel
Now you can tap on that button to keep your screen on as long as you want
If you turn it off, it'll go back to screen timeout mode
