Samsung is not analising the market to launch a phone..
They ate still on another world while other brands are competing each other

Discrimination midrange and flagship me price difference create karne ke liye karte he.
I know this thing is not right, but kya kare yeh samsung he. Ye competition nahi dekhte. Competition bhi manage kar raha he, yeh bhi kar sakte he.
They are now focusing on their flagships and the foldables..
not to midrange ..
Now the results are visible..
And this condition will get even worser if they continue this way...
Atleast appoint a good market analysis team ..
And atleast appoint some good customer care employees who atleast has some sort of knowledge about tech
