Samsung only give old feature 
* in 18500 sell m31s 5g phone even camera with 16mp selfi camra and a22 5g give selfi camra 8 mp
* screen recorder features not available 
* Always on display features not available 
* smart view features not available 
* secure folder not available 
* knox protection not available 
* music share options not available 
If Samsung will want then fix problems in our updates for our Samsung customers.

I want Samsung fix this problem as soon as possible

No doubt in that market share of samsung in India will go even down ..


Samsung is not analising the market to launch a phone..
They ate still on another world while other brands are competing each other

Bro, the clear cut reply from samsung is,

Jabtak log kharidte rahenge, tabtak hame isse hi devices bechte rahenge.
Discrimination midrange and flagship me price difference create karne ke liye karte he.

I know this thing is not right, but kya kare yeh samsung he. Ye competition nahi dekhte. Competition bhi manage kar raha he, yeh bhi kar sakte he.

They are now focusing on their flagships and the foldables..
not to midrange ..
Now the results are visible..
And this condition will get even worser if they continue this way...

Atleast appoint a good market analysis team ..
And atleast appoint some good customer care employees who atleast has some sort of knowledge about tech
