Galaxy APlease try the below steps:
1. Do data backup for dual whatsapp and the main whatsapp on a different google account. Don't forget to back up your video data also.
2. Uninstall dualwhatsapp first then the main Whatsapp
3. Reinstall the main WhatsApp, select restore data. Then reinstall dual whatsapp, select restore data.
You also can download the Smart Tutor app from the Google Playstore to get remote assistance with this issue.
Hope that helps!

Galaxy ASamsung support reply me yesterday with following solution but problem has not been resolved yet.
Hello there! Welcome to our Social Media channel. I'll do my best to assist you. Let's try clearing the cache partition of the device. The system cache partition stores temporary system data. It's supposed to allow the system to access apps more quickly and efficiently, but sometimes things get cluttered and outdated, so a periodic cache clearing can help make the system run more smoothly. It's different from clearing individual app caches, and it won't lead to any loss of personal data or settings. To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold the Volume up, Home or Bixby, and Power keys together. ( if your device doesn't have a home or Bixby button, you will need to press the volume up and down buttons)
3. When the Samsung Galaxy logo screen displays, release only the
Power key.
4. When the Android logo displays, release the Volume up and Home or Bixby keys.
'Installing system update' appears for 30 - 60 seconds, followed by the
Android system recovery menu.
5. Press the Volume down key until 'wipe cache partition is highlighted.
6. Press the Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key until 'yes' is highlighted.
8. Press the Power key to select.
9. When the wipe cache partition is complete, 'Reboot system now will be highlighted. Press the Power key to selected and the phone will restart. Please, read carefully and let us know how it goes.
