After Update My A51 I'm facing issues

I'm recently Updated my A51 device into ONE UI 3.0 with Android 11 I'm observing some critical issues with my Mobile Network can anyone facing same issue?

specially the volume keys..

for network you can only reset network from your side

maybe problem is from ur service provider side. from some days people facing network issues with all major service providers and in many regions.
