Malware or you downloaded apps that give ads as they please. Find them and uninstall.

Can you show us screenshots of these ads? Cover them using Samsung's editing tool if they're anything inappropriate

Go in the settings > applications, the apps showing ads are usually with no icon and a weird name / no name

Go to settings and search dns. Tap private dns. And type the following dns.adguard.com like the screenshot. This should help.

That'll only cure the symptoms, not the disease itself. OP clearly has an adware on their phone
