Accidental touch protection galaxy A52

Accidental touch protection is not working even it is on. Please help me if anyone knows the resolution.

Yeah I have same issue with screen protector installed.

Is automatic light sensor working? Does it adjust the light by light on room? If not, the sensor is broken, causing the accidental touch protection to not work.
