About shifting 5g to 4g always

Hlo guys is it happening with you guys also I'm using samsung galaxy a14 5g and im facing the problem whenever i use heavy like 4k video streaming it shift from 5g to 4g is this normal or anyone tell the problem is in phone or in the sim service centre told me to flash a software

I think it got set at 4g forcefully by system for battery saving or 5g data ran out so it downgraded to 4g
