About remove virus

I got virus in my mobile. I don't know what to do to?

Can anyone plz help me or suggest me some tips to remove virus from my device.

Go to customer service center or do factory reset all things. (phone)

If u only reset the setting, network configuration, it reset your setting to initial state., it does not delete internal storages. But app data.

But if you do factory reset it all vanished you internal memories, applications, app data, system setting, etc. all will be like as new phone.

Factory reset, to sell phone for vanished all of your data form phone,.

Or do if some software breaking issue.
