About File Transfer to PC

I am facing problem to send videos from my mobile to Laptop with C type cord on both ends.

It usually show that copying....for while and then error occurs...

The requested value cannot be determined.

Please suggest the solution

Is this happening while you are copying many files ? If yes then try to copy in smaller batches.
If it is still giving error then , you can try to uninstall and install Samsung drivers again.
