ANDROID 10 PROBLEM

I HAVE UPDATED MY SAMSUNG A20 INTO THE LATEST ANDROID 10 . BUT WHAT HAPPEN , I CANNOT CHARGE WHILE PLAYING THE PHONE AND IT KEEP SAYING THAT MY PHONE TEMPERATURE IS HIGH AND THE CHARGING STOPPED . PLEASE FIX THIS BECAUSE MY PHONE DOESNT HAVE ANY PROBLEM BFORE UPDATING IT INTO THE LATEST VERSION OF ANDROID . SO PLEASE SAMSUNG DONT MAKE YOUR PEOPLE UPSET . THANK UOU

Using phone while charging will cause overheat and that may harm your phone. That's why it restricts.

1. Close background running apps, if there are any unnecessary apps running in the background as too many applications running in background may consume more battery.

2. Avoid usage of mobile phone during charging, Usage of the mobile phone when charging may cause slow charging and heating issue.
